When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Pereira (Colombia). Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. We process orders like this: at Floristería Zabrisky: from Monday to Saturday, orders will be processed the next business day or according to the delivery date recorded in the order. At Romantique Le Femme from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 4-6 business days from the order date and will ship the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 4-6 business days to process your orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you may need to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. If we need to contact you to notify you of any news about the order and within a month we cannot find you, we will proceed with the refund of the money. If the payment was made by credit card, PayU is requested to reverse the payment, if it was by debit card we will send a voucher to your personal email for the value of your purchase.
In our online store we want to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, that is why our delivery promise is in the cities of Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Bucaramanga and Cúcuta is 4 to 6 business days. For intermediate cities in the country from 6 to 8 business days, and for the rest of the towns, between 10 and 12 business days.
