What days do you deliver? We deliver from Monday to Saturday; on Sundays and holidays we deliver orders MADE 2 days in advance
How does the purchase process work? The purchase process is very easy and simple to follow and consists mainly of the following steps:
- Choose the flower arrangement you want to send by clicking "Add to Cart", you can also select "Continue shopping" or go directly to pay by selecting "Proceed to checkout"
- Indicate the recipient's data: Name, address, city of delivery, telephone and message or dedication. (You can change your billing address by removing the arrow from the "Use shipping address for billing" option.)
- Review all the data of the order, choose the delivery date and accept the "Terms and conditions of sale", by accepting the "terms of purchase" see the payment options.
- Choose and make the payment through the means that best suits you.
- As soon as you confirm the payment, we will indicate the order number on our page. It is important that you keep this number present for any later part.
Why should I entrust my order to Zabrisky Florist? Because our products are of excellent quality at the best prices, and also because we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Our payment system is secure. If for any reason, there is not much satisfaction with your order, please inform us, so we proceed with the responsibility of providing a solution.
Does my order have a shipping cost? The prices observed already include the cost of accommodation within the urban perimeter of Pereira or Dosquebradas. For shipping to other cities and/or municipalities of the Coffee Region with coverage, an additional value must be paid that is specified in: Surcharge Address cities with coverage.
How far in advance should I request my order? We deliver to Pereira and Dosquebradas the same day you request your order as long as it is requested before 3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. (local time). On Sundays and holidays we deliver your order if you have requested it two (02) days in advance. For shipments to other municipalities and/or coverage cities, the order must be placed two (02) days in advance. In high seasons you must place your order 4 days in advance so that it will not present setbacks.
In what currency can I make the payment? Prices are by default in US dollars (USD). The store allows payment in US Dollars. To view the price of each item in your local currency or preferably simply, go to the top of the page and select the currency with which you most identify.
Can I change the language of the Store? The store shows the Spanish language by default, you can change the language to English at the bottom right.
What forms of payment do we handle? You can pay for your order anywhere in the world, using all credit and debit cards through Paypal . Zabrisky Florist does not charge any additional surcharge using this payment system.
In the same way as accounts with means of payment, you can also make a deposit through the Wester Union or MoneyGram entities .
If you are in Colombia you can also make the payment by consignment at Bancolombia - Davivienda.

Do I have problems when placing the order? If you have any problems when placing your order, you can contact us to help you with your concerns. You can also contact us by phone or send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.
How was my order placed? Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email with the details of the purchase. If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. We recommend that you have your order number handy for any questions that may arise regarding your order.
What happens if no one is home at the time of delivery? Zabrisky Florist will make the delivery on the indicated date. In the event that no one is found and the flower arrangement cannot be left, our florist will contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery. In the same way and in particular cases we will have the option of delivering the flower arrangement to a third person such as a neighbor, doorman, reception employee, etc. that is convenient for you to take care of the transmission to the final recipient.
Is it safe to buy with a debit or credit card? Purchasing on our portal is totally safe, paying by debit or credit card is done with specialized providers ( Payu - Paypal ) that use the best security standards. We do not store any information regarding your debit or credit card on our server.
How can I make the order correctly? Once the dispatch has been made, we will send you an email that your order has been delivered. If you are aware that your order has not arrived at its destination, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible, indicating your name and order number or by calling the telephone numbers that appear in our contact information.
